Does not work, Return error: "Error: Key not found"

When submitting the form to reset password, i'm redirected to a page that says Error, key not found. No password reset email is sent. Please help.

This happens when an error is returned from the get_password_reset_key() function. It's probably a conflict with another plugin, as it's unlikely this should happen.
