Also you're using WooCommerce which has this plugin's features built in, so you don't actually need this one šŸ™‚ ### Additional context - Developer --- Yeah, the way my site is setup, I don't use that pay and would prefer not to.. --- Do you have the facility to create a test site? With that many plugins that might be causing the problem the only way to find it is to start disabling plugins. But that might mess with your site. If you can set up a test website you can start off with my plugin and add your others one at a time until you find the problem plugin. --- I can attempt to do this on a staging site - it will be time consuming but I will try. --- This is the conflicting plugin: https://wordpress.org/plugins/email-tracker/ When activated - this issue happens. When I deactivate it, the email formats properly. --- I'm having this issue as well. When I import HTML into the text box of the "Customise the email sent to your user." section, I see

to provide easier formatting. The problem is that it causes issues in complex html. So if you encounter this issue or if emails look formatted strangely, disable wpautop. It's either this, or I have an inactive plugin that may have changed up my theme even though it is deactivated.
